Not so fully booked

I'm currently on the hunt for a book on body recipes and so I convinced my hubby to spend the saturday afternoon at the Fort so that I can check Fully Booked. I was quite excited to go there but unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed. They only had one book on that and they moved the entire section of the home cleaning stuff and it didn't contain much. Oh well! I guess I'll just have to window shop at amazon and pray that someone can bring home some of the books I want.

Baby Gap Home

Once upon a time I used to work for the local distributors of GAP, Old Navy and Banana Republic here in Manila. I loved their office in San Francisco and more so the classic styles of their clothes, shoes and bags. Now there's a new addition to their product line Baby Gap Home.

I was browsing through their product offering and would love to get Timmy these wooden toys. It's something different from all the toys you see locally and there's a certain appeal to it.

Squeaky Green

Having a baby really changes everything and one change that we would like to have is to free ourselves from chemical laden household cleaners. There are so many disturbing effects that these chemicals have in our system and more so for a newborn. I think the aha moment for me was when I started smelling chlorine bleach in the house and I thought to myself am I really suppose to smell clean in my house? Apparently not.

Found this interesting book online. It talks about detoxifying your home. Can't wait to check Fully Booked if this book is any good.
